Let’s talk

Services

Automate the work
you repeat.

Start with the work your team handles by hand: combining spreadsheets, re-entering details, preparing reports, or rebuilding presentations. We define the project around your task, existing tools, and required output.

These fictional examples show what a project could produce. They are not client projects.

Spreadsheets, reports & presentations

The same report starts from scratch every week.

Combine the agreed source files, check missing inputs, and prepare tables, charts, or presentation drafts for review.

Spreadsheet consolidation  recurring reports  presentation drafts

Illustrative output

Weekly spreadsheets become one report and a presentation draft. Missing figures are flagged for a person to resolve before sharing.

Data entry & system updates

The same details get typed into more than one place.

Read the relevant fields from an incoming document or file, check them, and prepare the next system update.

Order intake  delivery paperwork  record updates

Illustrative output

A delivery document becomes a prepared status update. Unclear details go to review, and the saved record is checked against the source.

Requests & approvals

Requests arrive without all the information needed.

Organize incoming requests, identify what is missing, and route work to the person who needs to review it.

Request intake  document collection  approval handoffs

Illustrative output

An incomplete request becomes a clear review list: what arrived, what is missing, and who needs to act next. A person approves any outgoing message.

Invoices & finance

The numbers arrive separately from the supporting records.

Bring invoices and related records together, compare the details, and prepare a bill or reconciliation for review.

Invoice preparation  supporting records  reconciliations

Illustrative output

An invoice and its purchasing records become a prepared bill. A manager approves it before recording, and the saved result is checked. No payment is sent.

Project scope

What the
project includes.

The project covers one agreed task. You get the workflow we build, the results of its checks, and instructions for using it and handling problems.

We define the inputs, finished output, review points, and limits before starting. Your team can take over after the handoff. Ongoing support is optional.

What stays in your control

  • Your records stay in your existing business systems.
  • Your people approve payments, filings, and external communications.
  • Scope and price are agreed with you before any work begins, including additions.

How we work together

From the current task
to a working process.

  1. 01

    Walk through the work

Show us what starts the task, where the information comes from, and which steps take the most effort.

  2. 02

    Agree the project

Define the output, review points, exclusions, price, and how the result will be checked.

  3. 03

    Build, test, and hand over

We test the agreed cases with your team and provide instructions for running the workflow. We agree any ongoing support separately.

A few useful answers

Before we get started.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the scope, systems, complexity, and support needed. We agree the work, how we’ll check the result, price, and any ongoing support before starting. Savings depend on the process and must be measured.

Do we need ongoing support?

No. We can agree a documented handoff or ongoing support. The choice depends on the workflow and who will maintain it.

Do we need to replace our software?

We start with the tools you already use. Some processes can connect through APIs, the built-in ways software systems exchange information; others use files or structured exports. We confirm access and feasibility before agreeing the build.

Where does our data live?

Your records stay in your existing business systems. We agree what access is needed, where processing takes place, and how temporary working data is handled in the service agreement.

Does every process need AI?

No. Clear, repeatable rules are often best handled by ordinary software. AI can help interpret emails and documents, with checks and human review where needed.

Who approves important actions?

We define approval points with you. Payments, filings, and external communications require a person’s approval under the agreed workflow. Unclear inputs or failed checks go to review.

Is this only for accounting teams?

No. The starting point is repetitive work: spreadsheets, reporting, presentations, duplicate data entry, or a manual handoff between people and systems.
